Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers # 248

Hello my Snarky friends.  It's time for Edna and the Sisters to present you with a new prompt.  As many of you know, we provide general prompts each month and love when you create snarky cards using said prompts.  Well this time the prompt itself is S is for SNARKY.

And you know how sometimes even the young wonder when they became adults?  Well, I created a card for them too.  (I am an equal opportunity crafter that way, you know.)

Both cards were created similarly.  After stamping the focal image(s) I loosely colored them with Karin Brush Markers.  I really love the artsy fartsy look and this makes coloring so very easy.  I added some black and white striped patterned paper to the bottom of each panel along with a narrow red strip of cardstock as a border.  The finished panels were adhered to a heavyweight black card base.

Supplies:
Penny Black - Hats Off stamp set
Art Impressions - UMT2782
Unity Stamps - Snarky Birthday Greetings
MFT - diagonal striped paper
Karin Brush Markers

I invite you to visit our blog where you'll find snark from the Sistahs as well as our special guest Queen Karen.  We'd love to see your card in our gallery!

Thanks so much for visiting!  I appreciate your time and interest.

Jules

  3. Awesome cards and yes I look in the mirror and that old person won't get out of the way so I can see myself. Great use of the sentiment dual ways.
