We have an interesting topping for you this fortnight over at the Seize the Birthday challenge blog. We want to see "Many of Something."
Not only did I use many leaves on my card
but I also included many more in my photo backdrop. :-)
I ink blended several different colors of dye inks (along with white pigment ink) to create my background. I used the same inks to create the colors on my die cut leaves. I edged the panel with a gold pigment pen, heat embossed the sentiment in white onto a gold tag and added several gold foil pearls as the final embellishments.
Lawn Fawn - Tropical Leaves stencil
Waffle Flower - Greenery dies
Pink Fresh Studio - Pause for Applause stamp
I invite you to visit our blog for more inspiration. We'd love to see your card in our gallery. Remember, or toppings are always optional but remember to make it a birthday card.
As always, thanks so much for spending a bit of your day with me!
One of my favs this week! Awesome job with the topping!ReplyDelete
I can't help it, this just looks like a Florida card and it could be used for many occasions. Thanks for the idea.ReplyDelete

Oh, sweet! I love the look of so many leaves, and the effect layers between them. Even the stacked leaf die cuts on top look great! Awesome card!ReplyDelete
