A Special Birthday Card

Life is crazy busy in a very good way right now but I wanted to quickly pop in and share the card I created for my beautiful daughter who turns twenty today.  Her favorite decor colors right now are sage greens and blushy pinks so with that in mind, here's what I made.

I used a combination of Spun Sugar and Tattered Rose Distress Oxides for the background and Bundled Sage for the cover die and tag.  I added some spatters of water and glimmer to the background before adhering the floral piece over top.  The sentiment is a mixture of silver heat embossing and really old Thickers.  (I just can't part with them.)  I added a bow made from silver thread and some clear droplets to finish it off.

Supplies:
Sizzix background die (name???)
Pretty Pink Posh - Stitched Essentials tag die
Colorado Craft Company - Party Time stamp set
American Crafts - Thickers

Continue to stay safe and healthy my friends.   _____________________________________________________________________________

  2. So pretty! A surprising colour combo, but it totally works on this card.
