Playing along with CAS(e) This Sketch

I really should have called this the "let's see what challenge Julie is playing along with today" blog.  :-)

Soooo...let's see what challenge Julie is playing along with today, shall we?  Oh look!  It's the CAS(e) This Sketch Blog Challenge !  Today's card was created using Sketch #328 which apparently is a repeat of Sketch #32.

This is the sketch.

Using it as a guide I came up with this thank you card.

I stamped the vine vertically and used a border stitching die to create the zigzag line.  I then stamped the Thanks in blue and cut it out with the accompanying die.  I added some dimension to the sentiment by die cutting and gluing two additional pieces underneath the stamped image. To finish it off I added some striped paper to the left side and a few strategically placed clear droplets

I really love the colors and the simplicity.  If you're searching for some lost mojo, sketches are a great way to go.

Supplies:

MFT Stamps - Green striped paper and zigzag border, both of which appear to be discontinued
Clear Droplets
MFT Limelight Ink
Catherine Pooler Blue Suede Shoes Ink (a gorgeous color!)

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Jules
