We have a new sketch up over at the CAS Colours and Sketches challenge blog and it's one I think you'll really like.
I'm still having fun with holiday cards so I continued
with the theme but in a rather non-traditional way.
I began by running my white card panel through an embossing folder for some wintery texture.  I loved it so much I used the same texture on my horizontal tag.  I stamped, Copic colored and die cut my bird and tea cup.  I also stamped out a greeting with I tucked under the cup, added the twine bow and some tiny white gems to finish my card off.  This could easily be made into a generic occasion by switching out the sentiment.
Supplies:
PinkFresh Studios - December Days stamp set
Fun Stampers Journey - Cozy Knit embossing folder
Penny Black - Deckled Tag die
I invite you to visit our blog for details and more inspiration from our DT members.
Continue to stay safe and healthy my friends.   _____________________________________________________________________________

The sketch is good, but what I really like is your card! Such a sweet image, awesome colours, and why don't I have a deckle tag die? :D
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute Jules! I love the less-than traditional colour scheme, so soft, and that embossing adds gorgeous texture. Just lovely!
