CAS Colours and Sketchs #362

It's Tuesday and time for another color challenge over at the CAS Colours & Sketches blog where our March hostess Jeanne has another fun set of spring colors for us to try.

As always, you may use whatever brand of inks, cardstock, markers, etc. you have
in your stash as long as they are similar to the Stampin' Up ones named above.  You are free
to add neutrals but this trio of colors should be the only ones other ones used on your card.

Even after several photographic attempts my pinkish/fuchsia leaves are coming off as more red than they are in actuality, sorry.

I used a layering leaf die set to create the cluster.  The bases were cut from solid colored cardstocks while the upper vein portions were cut from white cardstock.  I added a scalloped strip of yellow cardstock to the top of a small white panel and then clustered the leaves to the panel's left side.  I adhered that panel down onto a white card base and added the stamped sentiment strip, also from MFT.   No glimmer mist or Nuvo dots.  *Shock*

I'm also entering this into the current Perfectly CAS challenge where the theme is die cuts, which just happens to be a lucky coincidence for me.

As an aside...I was chosen as one of
Top 3 in their last challenge which is
always a great  boost to one's crafty soul.

With everything going on in the world right now, it's a great time to settle in and craft.  I hope to see your designs in our gallery!

Supplies:
MFT Layered Leaves dies
MFT Bitty Birthday sentiment _________________________________________________________________________

Thank you for visiting my little crevice of the crafty blogosphere.  Your time, comments and friendship are much appreciated.

Happy Crafting!

Jules
